Patient: "It started about a month ago."

Me: "The Music?"

Patient: "Yes. It was subtle at first..."

"Subtle?"

Patient: "I could barely hear it... but as times gone on its gotten louder..."

"Can you describe the sounds?"

Patient: "Its more like a melody... played on like... a xylophone? or an old music box..."

"You mean like a wind up music box?"

Patient: "Yes... like the ones that used to have ballerinas in..."

Patient Expresses knowledge of item that has not existed in decades... patient seems to recall it as if having one themselves as a child or recently, when asked about this, patient looked confused.

Patient: "You don't know what it is?"

"I do, but I have not seen one in a long time... how do you know about them."

Patient: "Well Thats easy I.....no thats not right... I don't recall...but the sounds..."

"Describe the sounds to me."

Patient: "Theyre light but...eerie...as if sad... yet happy..."

"And the sounds got louder, do you hear them now?"

Patient: "No... I only hear them on certain occasions..."

"What kinds of occasions?"

Patient: "Mainly when people die._

"How can you be certain of that, I mean have they always been deaths near to you?"

Patient: "No, but You don't believe me do you?"

"I believe you believe it."

Patient: "Every time my family members would pass, thats when i would hear it... theyre all gone now."

Confirmed... Patients Family all passed in the past month... no foul play suspected but deaths unexplained.

"I see..."

Patient: "Do you want to hear it?

"I'm not sure that I can do that."

Patient: "I can show you..."

Phone Ringing

"Just a moment I have to take this."

Patient Begins Humming a tune

"Pardon me,  but we will have to pick this up at another time, Personal matters."
